AUTOMATIC AIR CONVEYOR
The bottle transporting air conveyor is a machine that suspends in turn the empty bottles blown out by the bottle blowing machine onto the bottle clamping bar at the shell of the air channel and sends them from the bottle blowing machine to the filling machine under the air force of the centrifugal fan. Suitable for all types of bottles, the automatic air conveyor adjusts the opening degree of the bottle stopping lever through the parallelogram mechanism and controls the position of the bottle stopping lever through the lifting mechanism.
ASEPTIC AIR CONVEYOR
The bottle transporting air conveyor is a machine that suspends in turn the empty bottles blown out by the bottle blowing machine onto the bottle clamping bar at the shell of the air channel and sends them from the bottle blowing machine to the filling machine under the air force of the centrifugal fan. Through primary, intermediate and advanced levels of filters, the aseptic air conveyor enables the air that enters the air channel to meet the requirements for aseptic air. The aseptic air conveyor is mainly used for aseptic cold filling applications.
